Good Day My Dear Humans,

I would like to share with you wonderful Whole Body Self Massage. This is a great morning ritual of waking up Body-Mind-Spirit.

Yin-Yang+meridians.jpg

During this Practice, we are going to dredge the body’s Twelve Primary Channels/Meridians.

First, we Inhale and start with three leg Yin channels. They start at the feet and travel through the groin area, abdomen, chest. Then we continue with three arm Yin channels, purging chest, armpits, and arms all the way to the insides of the wrists.

Collect the turbid qi in the hands.

Exhale and Discard the turbid Qi into the earth.

The second part, we inhale and start with three arm Yang channels, purging through the arms, shoulders, sides of the head, crossing over the top of the head, and then we continue with leg Yang channels, going down the lateral sides of the head, neck, flanks, hips, back of the legs.

Exhale and Discard the turbid Qi into the earth

Another option is instead of dredging we do patting. It will stimulate the lymph movement.

Let’s practice together.

Repeat 9 times.
